Shipping policy
- Who pays shipping (Direct orders): Customers pay shipping at checkout, added automatically to the order total based on location and items.
- When shipping is charged: After fulfillment, the shipping cost (plus base cost and tax) is withdrawn to cover production and delivery; you keep the remaining balance.
- Where it ships: Direct delivers to 200+ countries/regions with local production when possible.
- If there’s an issue: Customers get instructions in the order/shipping email; issues like lost/damaged/quality problems are routed for resolution (including possible redelivery or refund).
